The fine print, in plain English

We sell one thing: The Date Night Kit, a henna kit made for two. Prices are in US dollars, and we ship within the United States only. We may change the price or what's in the kit over time — the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Checkout and payment run through Stripe, and you can buy 1–10 kits per order. We may cancel or decline an order — for example, if something was mispriced, a kit is out of stock, or an order looks fraudulent — and if we've already charged you, we'll refund it.

We ship to the US address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it — we can't be responsible for a kit sent to a wrong address you provided. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Because henna is applied to skin, we can't accept returns of opened or used kits, for hygiene and safety. If your kit is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days for a refund — just email us first.

If your kit arrives damaged, or you got the wrong item, email hello@inkd.cloud within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Henna is natural, and like anything you put on skin it can cause a reaction. Before you buy, please read our Safety & Patch Test page and follow it — especially the patch test. By using the kit, you accept that you're doing so at your own discretion and risk, and you agree to follow the safety instructions.

We put real care into these kits, but we sell them “as is” to the extent the law allows, and results naturally vary from person to person and skin to skin. To the fullest extent permitted by law, inkd isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

The inkd name, designs, photos, and site content belong to us — please don't copy or resell them without permission.

If something goes wrong, email us first — most things get sorted that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which inkd operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did.
